Simple Systems, your #1 solution for onsite computer help, is looking for Customer Service Reps to take incoming calls from customers inquiring about our service. Your job will be to educate the customer on our service and successfully book service calls for our company. Once you’ve sold our service, you are then tasked with dispatching the call to one of our technicians in the field. It is that simple. The more you service calls you book, the more money you can make. Each call and ticket payout is $10.00. So that means, everytime you take a call, and dispatch a technician, You get 10.00! The possibilities for growth are enormous. We are looking for someone with a strong customer service background, in both sales and data management. Call Center experience preferred.
